- Unstitched items cannot be returned or exchanged after cutting or customization.
- Stitched items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if the product is unused and in original condition.
- Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and without any damage.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings.
- Delivery charges for return/exchange will be covered by the customer.
- Order changes or cancellations are only possible according to our order policy.
